We enjoyed the welcoming staff who quickly resolved our WiFi issue, but the room felt smaller and tired compared to the website pictures.

Family Room boasts separate sections with individual TVs—perfect for keeping everyone entertained. The cleanliness is top-notch and the tea and coffee provisions are a nice touch for that late-night wind down.
The Double or Twin Room I stayed in felt more like a cramped single, especially after requesting a twin setup—offering to split the bed only made it tighter. The small TV on the wall left something to be desired, and while the shower worked fine, a non-slip mat and grab handle could have upped safety for those a bit unsteady. On a warm night, the room heated up a tad too much, which made it tricky to sleep comfortably.

Fantastic Family Room and Lovely Breakfast
We enjoyed our stay in the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with two separate bedrooms, making it perfect for our needs. The hot breakfast was amazing with fresh ingredients, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home during our visit. One area for improvement would be to modernize the bathroom a bit more.

missingWrote a review on 16 Septcomfortable roomgreat breakfastdusty environment
Rooms provided ample space for comfort, allowing for a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread featured fresh ingredients with delicious options that kick-started the day right.
Arriving at 4 PM resulted in a frustrating wait since access didn’t begin until 5:30 PM. This isn’t ideal for business travelers needing to unwind before work. The room showed signs of neglect. dust lay behind furniture and cobwebs were visible in the windows. Spotty WiFi hindered connectivity, which felt outdated for the pricing being charged.

The food here is a knockout—loved the hearty breakfast and generous servings! The comfy beds felt like clouds, and the staff exuded warmth like a familiar pub down the road.
The chap who showed us to our room was a bit off, and let's just say the shower had a limescale vibe going on. The room felt a tad smaller and stiflingly hot—extra pillows wouldn't go amiss!
